Our process is iterative rather than transactional. We move with communities from defining what matters, to organizing the right capital, to learning across time and across regions.
We begin with the local stewards already doing the work—First Nations and Tribes, farmers, land managers, community organizations, and enterprises restoring ecosystems and local economies.
Together, we identify what success should look like in that place: healthier watersheds and soils, stronger food systems and livelihoods, cultural continuity, stewardship capacity, and resilience to climate and economic shocks.
Only then do we design the financing. We align the right form of capital, at the right stage, on the right time horizon—so financial structure supports the work instead of forcing the work to fit the structure.
We track progress, adjust as conditions change, and move learning across regions. What scales is not a copied project—it is the capacity, relationships, and financial infrastructure that help place-based models deepen without losing their roots.
